12:53 am	man, today was the worst. i woke up early to go surfing but it sucked and started to rain. i then planned to go see anchorman with austin, barry, and richard, but it was raining so hard it would be too hard to drive. ughhh, so i decided to brave the storm and visit will and tropical smoothie and go to the gym. little did i know when i went out into the pouring rain, i saw that my sunroof had been wide open all night. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! my backseat was full of water like 2 inches deep everything was drenched, i knew this was not going to be good. so i tried to dry it up as good as i could, but there wasn't much i could do. man, so i triend to tell myself it didn't happen and went to tropical and the gym. then i cleaned up more and went to work. then at work everyone was trying to help me with my car and saying it was soo bad and would smell. i was mad. so i went home. and dealt with car comments from the parents, then went out to anne-parker's cabanna on the beach. we all hung out and chilled, then i came home and cleaned out the car even more, but it's still WET. im screwed. kisses. 4:01 pm	yesterday was excellent. it may have been the most profitable day in my life. alright so i woke up early and went surfing with rkelly and david, then we headed to tad's where tad didn't make me pay for my meal because i go there so much. Then I went to see anchorman which was hilarious man i loved it. AFter that i went to tropical smoothie where i used my vip card to get a free smoothie. wooooo. then i went to work where i broke my tip record making 55 bones in 6 hours. it was fun. then it was midnight when i went to john's house to play poker but i didn't play well at all :( and lost two buy-ins. kisses. 3:37 pm	alright i've got something to say. people have been talking. some have said this journal is "entertaining," others say "it doesn't sound like shawn," but i say this is my LJ and if you don't like it then don't read it. whew. now that i got that out, my day so far is pretty good. i went to tad's with robert and had a great meal then headed off to the beach for 3 hours with greg, ruthie, and kkkkriisssstin. it was a pretty chill time and there weren't much waves but we had fun. now im looking forward to seeing anchorman and hoping i get off of work early. kisses. 1:09 am	the squirts and the sceviour's today today today. wow. wait no it wasn't that cool. alright so i wake up at the usual 2 pm and play some ball in the 90 degree weather. the highlight of my day was probably when the hot 7-11 worker talked to me for the first time. i went to ptown coldstone and austin's house and then proceeded to aquire diarrheah the rest of the evening. i am horny and have to poop. i hate this. this is the worst. bye livejournal. i love you. love, shawn. 2:52 am	alright so today was a blast, full of suprises. i couldn't go to sleep the night before because i was so looking forward to today. i had soo much stuff planned to do. alright so it started off at 47th, where i met up with will, mallory, and her cousin ramboo. we went surfing on so-so waves but it was loads of fun. i taught mal how to surf and she was actually pretty good. we also had fun watching will paddle around in the water like a penquin. ahahahahha. he looked pathetic. but he said he was "tired." HA. alright so i went home and had planned to have band practice, but by the time i got a hold of austin he said he was going to purple cow with kelly! i was really mad at him, so i decided i would break up his little date by bringing trevor, matt, nick, and his g/f to the restaurant and annoy them. it worked to perfection. meanwhile trevor and i picked up some little cigarillos at p.j.'s. hahaha. i love that kid. the night didn't stop there but only got better. i went out to austin's house for the world series of poker new season. it was awesome as expected then it was off to the movies to see what i thought was going to be the notebook. so i met up with t-dog (travis), joanna, holly, and carter. somehow they ended up breaking my heart and convincing me to see dodgeball for the second time. dodgeball = great great movie, but i could have used a good cry. ya know? so we had a good time at the movies. i even saw ray j, t3, and jason. p.s. the whole movie carter kept messing with me and we each agreed that we hated each other. alright so then the night got even more excited. as i was coming home, keith called me and said that there were some kids trying to roll my house. i figured that had been scared away, but boy was i wrong. i was about to enter my house when i heard sticks cracking in the woods behind my house. i concluded they were still here!! so i called kieth and ramtin out of keith's house (keith came out in his boxers and stayed in his boxers the whole time). alright so we search for them but all we find is my entire back yard covered in toilet paper. i was mad. so went around the corner of the street and saw gabe cohen's car. keith and i hid behind the bushes and waited for them to come out. keith tackled gabe and we got into a little argument, but ended up making them clean it up. by them i mean chris tilley, gabe cohen, bryon hodges, meghan haley, and diana nuckols. ahhh the feeling of getting caught must really suck. so after it was cleaned up i watched seinfeld and now i can die a happy man. 11:56 pm	today was interesting. i had 14 hours of sleep which is always good. then almost immediately it was off to work which was stupid. it was really busy for a monday which meant that i couldn't hide in the back and read a book, but i actually had to work. grrrrr. i bought some poker chips later and im looking forward to my day off tomorrow. wow that was a boring entry. 11:18 pm	good --> bad So it's 4th of July and im supposed to have the time of my life right? well sort of. here goes. after the poker tournament ended at 6am including no sleep, the winner, Croof, treated me keith and austin to breakfast at mary's. after breakfast, i decided to fight off the urge to go to sleep and went surfing at 1st street. i have come to have a real passion for surfing and always have a good time even when the surf sucks. so surfing woke me up for the time being and i headed off to church. the message was about freedom and how to free yourself from sin. i felt it really spoke to me and was glad i went. i came home and was super tired so i hit the sack for 5 hours, then headed over to will's for his little 4th party. I felt this night was going to be awesome, but boy was i wrong. Let's see, i bragged about Cock of the Walk to all the girls then we headed over to pinboys for bowling league only to find out it was cancelled. grrrrrrrr. with nothing else to do, i went back to will's for some fireworks which was ok, then anything remotely fun came to a pause. austin, barry, dick, and i couldn't think of anything to do so we decided to part ways. then i called carter hoping for something, yet she declined my request. it hurt me in my heart. maybe i should write a song about it. so now im sitting at my house on 4th of July at 11 pm with nothing to do but to drown my sorrows in this box of dunkin' donuts. :( Current Mood: pessimistic Current Music: U2 1980-1990 (4 Comments |Comment on this)

1:30 am	Alright, so im sitting on my couch with keith and just finished watching a 16 inning baseball game. Before that, i went to hooters which is always entertaining. Our waitress was keith's old middle school teacher which was a little disturbing but anyway i just go for the wings. Today I realized how much i love summer. I had aspirations to wake up early, eat a hardy breakfast, and work out but for some reason my alarm didn't go off so i ended up waking up at 1. So I made my way to tropical smoothie, where i found sir william haynes just getting off work. After a cranberry craze and a buffalo chicken wrap, Will and I headed to the beach. Oh how i love to surf. The waves weren't much but anything will make this boy happy. I couldn't stay out long cuz i had to go to work. It was pretty slow and I took some server test for fun. yeah i was bored. one of the questions read, "you see a couple in their 60s sit down, how should you greet them?" i didn't really know so i said "how are you this evening (talk louder than normal)" The manager saw my answer and was appalled at the answer as she said i was crude and was looking for addressing the people as "ladies and gentlemen" not "guys." yea... so work was work. summer rules though. bro comes home in less than two weeks from peru. woooo. 1:17 am	alright so this is my first entry bare with me. let me fill you in on what ive been doing this summer and what my plans are for later. graduation was awesome and gave me such a feeling of accomplishment. i can't believe i won't see all of my friends for so long. ive been surfing a lot and working 4 days a week. poker has become an integral part in my life. im playing 3 days a week and havin lots of fun. i was on the verge of quiting when my boss gave me a raise! woop woop. this summer i have also made some new friends like billy, holly, carter, ben, and mouse. that was something i didn't expect. So one day I decided I needed to start a band. So i called up austin and barry and the legend of "Cock of the Walk" was born (we are playing at deck the rawls). So yeah we practiced once and it was the worst but i feel we are coming along. This summer is going to be the best. I might be going to new york and i have a hatteras beach house reserved for a week in july. I can't wait!! But as for now, i just saw spiderman two and it was incredible. i loved it. today was a typical summer day. i woke up around 2, went surfing with will, then off to work. after work i made a stop at the sceviour residence to get in a little hang time with holly, carter, billy, and melissa. it was good time, but carter kept asking me to dance for her. isn't once enough carter?? well anyway im off to bed soon. i hope you like my journal and feel free to comment on it.
